Matador Shoes offers a free 7 day return policy on all Australian orders. Please contact us first at email@example.com to let us know you will be returning the shoes. Due to shipping costs we do not offer returns or exchanges on overseas orders.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. We will happily refund the cost of the shoes, exchange sizes or exchange the shoes for another model if you change your mind, however the shoes must not show signs of wear and tear.
To return your shoes for exchange or to obtain a refund the shoes must not show signs of wear and be unmarked or no exchange or refund is possible.
Once we receive the shoes all claims will be processed in 7 days.
Returns are to be sent at the purchasers cost.
Refunds will only be processed on the Paypal account or credit card used to make the original purchase.
Matador Shoes does not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Customers must return the shoes registered post with signature on delivery.
